		<description><![CDATA[I am inclined to believe a plateau argument.  As noted above, there is much that will happen.  DC is going to get a stadium, the news will be whether it is in DC or somewhere else (like Baltimore).  

Like all teenagers, there are growth spurts followed by a period of little growth.  The league has matured and the play on the field is maturing as well.  Clubs who are focused on fan experience and fan development will continue to progress slowly.  The business will flow.

I would prefer the league show some huevos and put the 20th team in the Southeast.  I think it is overdue (but not Miami).]]></description>
