I just wanted to offer a thank you to Professor Fitzgerald and his Sports Law Class at the Qunnipiac University School of Law for inviting me as a guest lecturer for Wednesday’s class. We discussed the MLS Collective Bargaining Agreement, Fraser v MLS and some legal issues that are unique to soccer such as transfers, loans and more. We also devoted some of the two hour class time to the business issues of American soccer. I hope the students took as much from the class as I did.
