Just a couple of things. The land was purchased by the City for $15.5M. They also will be providing $10M through the TIRZ. Harris County is also being asked for $10M in a separate TIRZ. The 2 County commissioners where the land sits are graduates of TSU. So Ronnie, no TSU, no $10M.
